The large townhouse is a 3 minute walk from Weymouth's award winning beach and 5 minutes from the train station for easy access.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, kitchen, dinning room, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. One lounge has a sofa bed if needed.

Bedding and towels are provided. The house has 3 tvs, fast 500mb internet and board games (for when you're not on the beach).

Lavender House is a really comfortable, bright house to stay in with lots of space and lots of kitchen equipment. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large and airy.

With its close proximity to the beach, you can be in the sea within 3 minutes of leaving the front door! The kitchen door leads to a small paved area out the back with plenty of seating and a BBQ. There is a lockable back gate to this area, making easy access from the street and a safe place to leave bikes or prams

Guests have access to all the rooms in the house.

We will be available by phone if you need any help, advice or recommendations and as we don't live very far away we can be on hand quickly if you need us.

Lavender House is situated in a popular holiday location which is a short walk to the beach and other local attractions.

There are popular local eateries within a 5 minute walk... feel free to ask for recommendations :-)
