What kitchen facilities are provided?
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, and kitchenware. It also includes a fridge, grill, oven, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a BBQ.
What are the bathroom facilities?
The property has two bathrooms: one with a toilet, sink, and shower, and an en-suite with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Is linen provided?
Yes, clean bedding and towels are supplied.
What amenities should I bring? Are essentials like toilet rolls, soap, and hairdryer provided?
We provide essentials such as toilet rolls, soap, washing-up liquid, bin bags, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tin foil, cling film, coffee pods, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board.
The property accommodates six people. What are the bedroom layouts?
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, and a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
Does the property have a cot and high chair?
Yes, we have a cot and a highchair for our guests to use. Please let us know before your visit if these are required.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we provide high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Is there heating in the property?
Yes, the property has central heating controlled by a Hive smart thermostat for your convenience.
Can I charge my electric vehicle on-site?
Yes, a standard EV charger is available for guest use.
Is there parking available for guests?
Yes, there is free guest parking located conveniently next to the site.
Is the property accessible for people with limited mobility?

How do I pick up the key?

Yes, there is a decking area at the front and side of the property, along with a reserved grass area adjacent to the property.

We do not provide catering, but all major supermarkets deliver to the site, and many guests arrange a delivery before their stay.

Location
When you get to Ringstead you will find a car park and a wooden shop. You want to go past the shop and take a left down a track. At the end of the track on the right hand side you will see the caravan park. Find a space in the car park grab a trolley and make your way to your holiday home.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
25% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 7 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancelled after.

Kingfisher Lodge
Absolutely beautiful setting and perfect lodge for a few nights away. Communication with hosts was great and directions easy to follow. Were met on arrival and advised if anything was missing to let them know but everything was perfect. Really modern, clean and comfortable accommodation right on the beach. Will definitely return if working in the area again.

Kingfisher Lodge
We were familiar with the location and saw the site under development some time ago but this was our first visit and we were not disappointed. The lodge was clean and very well equipment with kitchen utensils and day to day consumables, cling film, foil, and supplies of washing machine, dish washer and coffee pods, even a hair dryer! This is the best site we have stayed at and will be back. PS Toby was very helpful when we arrived making sure we wanted for nothing.

Lovely time
We had a relaxing short break in Kingfisher (9) . Its very well equipped, clean and located in a quiet corner of the grounds. The park couldn't be better placed right on the beach and Toby and the team were welcoming and helpful We would love to come back sometime in the future!
A short break
Very peaceful and quiet location. Accommodation was well equipped and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely to have our dogs with us and be able to walk straight on to the beach and coast path. Site managers friendly and helpful.

Great place for walkers and dog owners.
Very nice two night stay in number 9. It was more like a house than a caravan inside: all brand new, well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. We had an exhilarating walk along the pebble beach to The Smugglers Inn at Osmington Mills, then back along the coastal path= Well placed for walking. Found St Catherine by the Sea, a small wooden chapel in the opposite direction going towards Durdle Door. Near enough to Weymouth to make a trip from the Lodge worth it.
