What kitchen facilities are provided?
The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, and kitchenware. It also includes a fridge, grill, oven, coffee machine, and toaster. There is also a BBQ.
What are the bathroom facilities?
The property has one bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
Is linen provided?
Yes, clean bedding and towels are supplied. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on-site for your use.
What amenities should I bring? Are essentials like toilet rolls, soap, and hairdryer provided?
We provide essentials such as toilet rolls, soap, washing-up liquid, bin bags, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tin foil, cling film, coffee pods, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, and clothes airer.
The property accommodates six people. What are the bedroom layouts?
There is a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the sitting room.
Does the property have a cot and high chair?
Yes, we have a cot and a highchair for our guests to use. Please let us know before your visit if these are required.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we provide high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Yes, the property has central heating controlled by a Hive smart thermostat for your convenience.

When you get to Ringstead you will find a car park and a wooden shop. You want to go past the shop and take a left down a track. At the end of the track on the right hand side you will see the caravan park. Find a space in the car park grab a trolley and make your way to your holiday home.

Stunning Location
Nice small park which is very clean and tidy. Caravan 30 is virtually on the beach and the balcony has amazing views. The caravan was very clean and tidy and nice touch that basic cleaning products and towels are provided. Unfortunately we could only stay for a couple of days so will hopefully be back to enjoy that view again in future! With such a good view and direct access to beach no need to travel anywhere else.

What an amazing few days we had. Stunning location and couldn't have asked for anything more perfect. We enjoyed a lovely meal at The Smugglers Inn in Osmington, well worth a visit. We will definitely be back.

The best spot!
We were the first guests in the caravan and we loved it! We had a fantastic holiday at the bay. The caravan offers luxury and coziness. The freedom you experience in this place with this view is phenomenal. Every weather type comes into its own here and you can enjoy sun, sea and air. The walks along the coastline are highly recommended. Richard's park is one of a kind!
